On Thursday, 12th March, London based duo Samuel Levack and Jennifer Lewandowski will be returning to the centre stage with a newexhibition, The Time We Need, at Evelyn Yard.
Showcasing a series of architectural forms incorporating film, installation, photography and sound, the exhibition will present a contemporary exploration into the different ways of living in our city and how our own experiences and personal narratives often shape the spaces we live in.
The Time We Need focuses on the juxtaposition of calm and chaoticspaces within London, evident in the modern high-rise monoliths and counterbalanced by its green spaces.
Soak yourself in the trance-like sounds and psychedelic imagery of the multi media group Das Hund, relax amidst the comfort of cushions in a stage-mounted greenhouse filled with meditative sounds of the spoken word before stepping out through the macramé wall to be reawakened by a series of hypnotic projections, lights shows and photographic fusions, merging the natural and the man-made.
The Time We Need opens March 12 – April 11 at Evelyn Yard, London
